Currently we work with the John Lewis Partnership on the key issues of supporting Partners in a period of rapid expansion.
We also work with the Scottish Patient Safety Programme, the Scottish government Hub project, Great Ormond Street Hospital leadership development, Alder Hey clinical leadership development, Colchester Hospital University Foundation Hospital Trust on clinical leadership development, The Health Foundation on developing Improvement Scientists and on supporting the Royal College of Psychiatrists to drive quality improvement; two Further Education Colleges, the Association of Colleges and the Lake District National Park Authority on strategy and leadership development.
We work internationally. In the last few years we have advised the EU Commission DG Employment and Social Affairs on a €3bn social innovation project, the World Bank on evaluating partnerships, rule-of-law teams in Serbia and Albania, Diageo on innovative marketing strategies and the UN on implementing the “One UN” strategy.
